California hip-hop artist Khali D raps with a repetitive and catchy dark flow like Lil Uzi Vert, Trippie REDD & Travis Scott, with a soft/alternative vibe like the late Lil Peep. Born Karl Delaney in Mountain View California, but grew up in a small town out of Mississippi, Khali grew up listening to Alternative Rock Music, Michael Jackson, Lil Wayne, T.I., Gucci Mane, and Kanye West, starting his music career in high school under the name Khalid. His early work was produced in a basement in his tattoo artist’s house. He dropped his first mixtape titled “The Come Up” in 2013 on SoundCloud & started his own label titled “Crew Love Sound. Since then he has dropped 4 singles on ITunes, Apple Music, & Spotify., 1 titled “Feel This” which has grossed over a half million in streams. 8 mixtapes on SoundCloud, & 3 EP’s “Colors” which made landfall in early summer of last year. & “Colors 2.0” which was released earlier this year. check out his Debut Album True Colors which aired May 24th 2018, & Stay Tuned for this “UPCOMING ARTIST” on the rise.
